Please join the Region 2 National Preparedness Division for a pet preparedness month webinar on how to plan for your assistance, service animals and pets in an emergency.
The American Red Cross (ARC) will discuss how to include your pets, assistance, and service animals in your home fire safety plan. They will also discuss pet first-aid and planning resources available through ARC. Additionally, New York City Emergency Management will describe key strategies on how you can develop a coalition in your community that provides support to people and their animals before, during and after emergencies and disasters.
Who should attend? Pet owners and those who use assistance or service animals.
