Earlier this year, New York State launched its New York Forward Loan Fund to support small businesses reopen after the COVID-19 outbreak. The Business Council in conjunction with the Bethlehem Chamber are hosting a webinar with Empire State Development to provide valuable information on these programs, including how to apply, eligibility requirements, loan terms, etc.
