Free New Year Dance Class with Free Movement Pilates.

Move/stretch your body to songs of inspiration and reflection, followed by a 30 minute classical Pilates Mat Flow class, and finish with dancing our way into 2022 with motivational songs of strength and growth. Karly will answer any questons regarding the new space and the move after class with a toast to the New Year.
The Class is free, however donations are accepted and 100% will go towards studio operation costs during the next month of space transition. Venmo@karlydeckerpilates.
