To Life! and Hannaford of Albany team up for a cooking class. Join Hannaford Dietitian Fran Weiss, MS RDN CDN, for information on using seasonal ingredients to create a healthy, nutrient rich, flavorful soup and spice mix. Class will include a store tour and a DIY soup and spice mix to take home. Discussion on dietary recommendations for treatment side effects and other related concerns.
