All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own coloring pages or books.

Open to ages 12 and up.

Spend an evening coloring pages from coloring books by Millie Marotta, Hanna Karlzon, and others.  Learn how to go wild with your coloring and create original works mixing media, adding your own design elements and coloring out of the lines.

Tricks you will learn:

  • Adding accents with a white gel pen

  • Shading with colored pencils

  • Dividing image / sectioning and borders

  • Monochrome coloring

Meg Renich started coloring in the winter of 2023 while she was vacationing with her mother on the Florida pan handle. She started with free coloring pages printed from the web and a very basic set of Bic Flair felt tip markers.  Today she colors pages primarily from the books of Millie Marotta using a wide variety of media—markers, gel pens, paint pens, colored pencils—to create wildly creative finished works, some of which can be seen for sale at Merriman & Pfister.
