Event Description:
Join us for a unique experience of walking a labyrinth. A labyrinth is a single, circular path to a center circle and back out again, with no dead ends or confusing choices. The rhythm of walking, placing one foot in front of the other quiets the mind, relaxes the body and refreshes the spirit.
We will learn about the history and benefits of walking a labyrinth including the 3 stages of the walk. Next, we will be guided by our facilitator in a labyrinth walk; with open heart and open mind.
This class is free to breast cancer patients, survivors, family member or caregiver.
