The Spinney Group, a family-owned real estate development company based in New York’s Capital Region, is pleased to announce its rebranding as LiveWell Group. Founded over three decades ago by partners Rex Ruthman and Edward Feinberg, the company is now in its second generation of family leadership and has evolved into a vertically integrated real estate company responsible for development, construction, and management of rental housing and commercial office buildings. While building on the company’s continuing commitment to excellence in rental housing, the new name reflects the company's expanded vision of inspired and convenient rental living, providing residents across the age spectrum with unique lifestyle opportunities in sustainable communities.

LiveWell Group's portfolio includes several market-rate apartment communities throughout the Capital Region, including Adams Station Apartments, Woodhill Apartments, and Delmar Place, along with its active adult (55+) communities, The Spinney at Pond View and The Spinney at Van Dyke. The company is also developing new communities in the region, including Quackenderry Commons and Van Hoesen Station, both located in Rensselaer County, as well as a 5-megawatt community solar project in Saratoga County.
