To be considered for the award nominees must be members in good standing of the Bethlehem Chamber* and cannot have received an award in the past. (*Nominations for the youth award must be enrolled in a school that is a member of the Chamber.)
Award Descriptions
Business of the Year: this award recognizes a business for its extraordinary achievements during the past year. Think of a business that experienced growth, started green initiatives, assisted not for profits, etc… Business must be a member in good standing of the Chamber
Volunteer of the Year: this award recognizes an individual for their contributions to the community for their volunteerism. The nominee must work for a Chamber business or volunteer for an organization that is a member of the Chamber.
Lifetime Achievement: this award recognizes an individual or business for their/its longevity in business. Think of a business that’s been around for 50 years or more or perhaps someone who has been working for 50 years or more. Past honorees include Peter Applebee, John and Mary Hooper, and the McCarroll Family.
Youth Award: This award recognizes a high school student for their commitment to community and volunteer efforts. Grades are not a factor in this award. We are looking for students who understand the importance of volunteering.
Nominations can be submitted through our google form and will be accepted until January 28. Self Nominations are welcome.
