Phillips Hardware Updated Infomation COVID

To Our Valued Customers,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones during these uncertain times, and like so many, we have a heavy heart as we hear each day about the impacts COVID-19 is having on our communities. The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.  We continue to monitor this situation closely and wanted to take a moment to summarize some of the things we are doing to keep our stores and products accessible to you.
       
     While the Phillips Family is in full support of taking measures to mitigate exposure to the virus, we wholeheartedly believe that independent hardware stores are vital to the community in times of need.  Whether it is cleaning supplies, paint, tools, or home maintenance products, hardware stores play a critical role in keeping homes and communities functioning.  In order for small businesses to survive the impacts of this crisis, we need our neighbors to patronize our local businesses. 

 
          We are communicating with local EMS, Police, Firefighters, United Way, Senior Provider Organizations, Business Chambers and local Government to see what products are needed to assist with virus services as well as needed by higher-risk individuals.  Please email or call Jon Phillips at jp.hardware@shopphillips.com or 518-281-2505 to make me aware of the needed supplies by any organization assisting with the virus or individual needs for the higher-risk citizens. 
 
           Phillips Hardware is sharing all communications from small businesses, chambers to help with ways our neighbors can help generate revenue for small businesses during the crisis.  Many of these businesses will need extra support in order for them to minimize the risk of surviving this crisis.  Please make an extra effort to support the Take-out for local restaurants, purchase gift cards that could be used after the crisis for any small businesses and forward any efforts on shopping local to others.  Please forward any marketing communications from small businesses to Jon Phillips at jp.hardware@shopphillips.com and I will share with our network.
 
 Phillips Hardware will be offering delivery for those in need (minimum order $25).  Neighbors can email or call our locations with your orders (Contact information listed below).  We are waiving our normal delivery fees within 3 miles of our locations and over 3 miles will be a reduced rate of $15.  Individuals can contact anyone listed below with any special inquiries of when certain products will be available.
  
Potential Products and Services to keep in mind when shopping us are small engine repair (sharpening, mowers, snowblowers, chainsaws, and trimmers), window and screen repair, propane fill and exchange, Primo water exchange, pool testing, key cutting, cleaning supplies. home improvement products, fertilizer, grass seed, and soils.
 
           Phillips Hardware will continue to keep our stores clean and as a smaller retail site, we are experiencing less traffic than bigger locations which creates a safer environment to shop.
