30 Under 30 Local Realtor Launches Own Firm

 (Delmar, NY) --  Local Realtor, Judith (Judi) Gabler has launched her own firm, just over a year after being named one of “30 Under 30” Realtors to watch by Realtor Magazine, a national publication.  Gabler Realty currently has six sales agents and two full-time staff members.
 
The “30 Under 30” award from the National Association of Realtors is the nation’s highest recognition for young real estate agents and brokers. Gabler joined RealtyUSA in 2011 and, since that time, she and her team quadrupled their sales volume to more than $32 million by 2016.
 
Gabler has purchased property in Delmar at 321 Delaware Ave., where she plans to renovate the space into an open environment with a focus on tech-savvy features for the firm’s agents to utilize.
 
Joining Gabler in the new venture will be licensed sales agents Mary Canova, Rebecca Cavalieri, Paige Jones and Rylan Nelson; associate broker Paula Rice; marketing director Jessica Hennig; and executive assistant Allison Gehrer.
