They can be confusing but are really important because they tell us what we are eating. Join us for a label reading store tour with Hannaford Dietitian, Patty Wukitsch, MS, RD, CDN. You will learn how to read food labels, what do the NEW food labels mean, what do look for and what to avoid, how to make healthier food choices that are best for you.
