This workshop is geared towards all cyclists hitting the saddle, either outdoors or indoors.
Students can expect a 55 minute reformer class geared towards supportive movements to complement the way you ride. The focus will be on strengthening the core, lower body mobility and upper body stability.
Only 4 spots available, space will fill up quickly. Please note that the first class will be 65 minutes long, and the remaining three will be 55 minutes.
