Let’s bring our studio practice outdoors with Yoga Adirondacks to the gorgeous Moxham Mountain trail with summit and plenty of scenic views!
This is a moderate level hike that is 5.5 miles round trip and 1340+/- feet in elevation gain. We start with a yoga warm-up and breathing exercise, then hike up to the summit taking several breaks for activities.
At the top, there will be an extended break for lunch, mindfulness activities/meditation, a "hiker's" yoga flow, and time for journaling, photos, and relaxation. We'll enjoy our hike down and cap the trip with a restorative yoga practice and an electrolyte celebratory toast. Every participant will be equipped for the day with a backpack including hiking essentials and ultralight travel mat.
